Here we meet weekly, watch popular videos on trending topics, do assignments, learn vocabulary, boost our skills and chat in English. No homework and no extra movements. English speaking club that is right for everyone!
About club
Online English Speaking club Busy student is a project for all of you who want to practice English (especially conversational English!) regularly, but are desperately short of time... We don't have homework - we try to be as productive as possible at the meetings. But we do have authentic materials - videos from Ted, BBC, CNN, History, The Economist and etc., as well as our favorite TV series Friends. Each workshop is dedicated to a different topic, from economics and politics to fashion and food preferences. We discuss everything! Any member of the club can vote for the new topics.
Format of the conversation club
Online Meetings
Weekly in a group of 3-5 people. We speak English only.90 min.
Discussions, debates, questions - lots of Speaking English practice. Practicing vocabulary in a group and pairs.Authentic materials
Short videos up to 7 min. and more than 10 tasks on Speaking, Listening, Vocabulary.Telegram Chat
A private telegram chat room where we sign up for meetings, vote on new topics, and just socialize outside of class.Without homework

Each package consists of 6 classes of 90 minutes each. If 2 groups are formed, you can attend any of them. The topics of the classes do not overlap. The subscription is valid for 2 calendar months.
There is no refund for missed classes. In order not to lose hours, the key is to attend 6 lessons within a period of 2 months. The subscription is based on the fact that the participant will not attend every meeting.
Yes, it is mandatory to "register" for the class in our private chat room on Telegram and let us know in advance if you can't make it. Because the number of participants is limited and it is possible that another student will be happy to take a vacant seat.

In my case, the lessons alternate between grammar and conversation on everyday topics, creating classes productive, uncomplicated and funny.
